Pariwin General Rules

Last revised:

1. Scope

This document sets out the rules for accepting bets and taking part in casino games on the pariwin.kr.ua/ platform. These Rules are binding on all registered users. Placing a bet or starting a game round confirms that the user has read and agreed to the provisions set out herein.

This document supplements the platform's Terms and Conditions of Use. In the event of any discrepancy on matters of game mechanics, the provisions of this document prevail.

2. General Principles of Bet Acceptance

The sportsbook accepts bets on events included in the line. The line is compiled by the operator at its own discretion. The list of events, markets and odds may change without prior notice.

Odds are set by the operator's analytics unit and reflect an assessment of the probability of outcomes, taking the margin into account. Odds may change until the bet is confirmed by the server.

A bet is deemed accepted when all of the following conditions are met at the same time:

  • the user's account has a sufficient balance;
  • the minimum and maximum bet limits are observed;
  • the bet has been confirmed by the server and assigned a unique identifier;
  • the bet is displayed in the transaction history of the personal account.

3. Types of Bets

3.1. Single Bet

A single is a bet on one outcome of one event. Winnings are calculated using the formula: stake × odds = payout.

3.2. Accumulator Bet

An accumulator combines 2 to 20 outcomes from different events. Key features of an accumulator:

  • the total odds equal the product of the odds of all selections;
  • all selections must win for the bet to win;
  • if one selection loses, the entire accumulator loses;
  • a void selection reduces the total odds.

3.3. System Bet

A system bet is a combination of accumulators of a specified size built from the selected events. Key features of a system bet:

  • it can win even if only some of the selections are successful;
  • the total winnings equal the sum of payouts on the winning accumulators;
  • the stake is divided equally among all accumulators in the system.

3.4. Live Betting

Live bets are accepted on events that are already in progress. Live betting rules:

  • odds are updated in real time;
  • the operator may suspend betting on individual markets;
  • a delay in accepting a bet may result in a change of odds;
  • the bet is accepted at the odds valid at the moment of confirmation.

4. Bet Settlement

4.1. Sources of Results

Bets are settled on the basis of official results from the following sources:

  • official reports of competition organisers;
  • data from sports federations and associations;
  • accredited statistics agencies;
  • official broadcasts of events.

Where data from different sources differ, the operator follows the hierarchy defined separately for each sport.

4.2. Settlement Times

The standard settlement time is up to 24 hours after the event ends. Delays may occur in the following cases:

  • awaiting official confirmation of the result;
  • review of protests and appeals;
  • checks for match-fixing;
  • technical limitations of data sources.

4.3. Regular Time Rule

Unless otherwise specified, the following principles apply:

  • bets on the match result are settled on the outcome at the end of regular time;
  • extra time and penalty shoot-outs are not taken into account;
  • certain markets may follow a different procedure; see the bet description.

5. Bet Refund Conditions

The stake is returned to the user's balance (odds = 1.00) in the following cases:

  • the event has been officially cancelled by the organiser;
  • the event has been postponed by more than 48 hours from the original date;
  • the result of the event has been officially annulled;
  • a technical error in the bet parameters or odds has been recorded;
  • the event ended without a result being determined for the selected market;
  • a participant did not take part in the event (for individual markets).

If one selection in an accumulator or system is void, its odds are set to 1.00 and the remaining selections are settled as usual.

6. Grounds for Voiding Bets

The operator reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

  • a pre-match bet was accepted after the event had actually started;
  • the use of insider information has been detected;
  • the user's involvement in collusion to influence the result has been established;
  • a technical failure affecting the correct acceptance of the bet has been recorded;
  • the event has been declared fixed by a decision of the official bodies;
  • a breach of the platform's Terms and Conditions has been detected.

When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the balance unless the terms of the specific case provide otherwise.

7. Casino Game Rules

7.1. General Provisions

The casino section offers gaming products from licensed providers:

  • slots (video slots, classic slot machines, jackpot games);
  • table games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker);
  • video poker;
  • live dealer games;
  • specialty games (keno, scratch cards, virtual sports).

7.2. Random Number Generator

All games (except the live casino) run on a certified RNG. The operator guarantees that:

  • the results of each round are random and unpredictable;
  • previous results do not affect subsequent ones;
  • the stake size does not affect the probability of winning;
  • the RNG undergoes regular certification by independent laboratories.

7.3. RTP

The theoretical return to player (RTP) is stated in the information section of each game. RTP reflects the mathematical expectation of payouts over the long term and does not guarantee any specific results in individual sessions.

7.4. Live Dealer Games

Key features of the live casino:

  • the result is determined by the dealer's physical actions in real time;
  • games are streamed from equipped studios under video surveillance;
  • equipment is regularly inspected and calibrated;
  • session recordings are kept for the review of disputes.

8. Technical Failures

8.1. Failures When Placing Bets

Procedure in the event of technical problems:

  • the bet was not recorded by the server: it is deemed not placed, and no funds are debited;
  • the bet was recorded but the result was not determined: the stake is returned to the balance;
  • the bet was recorded with incorrect parameters: it is subject to voiding.

8.2. Failures in Casino Games

Failure handling rules:

  • failure before the round result is determined: the stake is returned;
  • result recorded before the failure: it remains valid;
  • connection loss: the result is determined by the server.

8.3. Priority of Server Data

When disputes are reviewed, server logs take precedence over any other evidence, including screenshots, video recordings and the user's statements.

9. Limits and Restrictions

The operator sets the following categories of restrictions:

  • Minimum bet: set individually for each market;
  • Maximum bet: depends on the sport, the level of the event and the market type;
  • Maximum win: the payout cap for a single bet or a group of related bets;
  • Individual limits: may be set for specific users.

Winnings exceeding the set maximum are paid out at the capped amount.

10. Prohibited Activities

When using the platform, it is prohibited to:

  • use automation software, bots or scripts;
  • exploit technical errors and vulnerabilities;
  • use insider information;
  • take part in collusion to influence results;
  • bet on events in which the user personally participates;
  • carry out transactions bearing signs of money laundering;
  • transfer the account to third parties.

Violations result in the account being blocked, bets being voided and funds being confiscated.

11. Complaints Procedure

Procedure for disputing results:

  • complaints about bets: within 14 days of settlement;
  • complaints about casino games: within 7 days of the session;
  • form of submission: a written request to customer support;
  • required details: bet/session ID, a description of the situation and the claim;
  • review period: up to 30 business days.

12. Amendments to the Rules

The operator may amend this document. The updated version is published on the website and applies to bets accepted after the amendments take effect. Bets placed earlier are settled under the rules in force at the time they were accepted.

13. Contact Information
