Pariwin Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Preamble
This document constitutes the official agreement between the user and the operator of the pariwin.kr.ua/ platform, which provides sports betting and online gaming services. Completing the registration procedure signifies unconditional acceptance of all the provisions set out herein.
The operator may amend this document without notifying users individually. The current version is always available on the official website. Users are responsible for monitoring updates and following the version in force.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To access the platform's services, the user must meet the following requirements:
- be at least 21 years of age (as required by Ukrainian law) or any higher age threshold set by the laws of the country of residence;
- be located in a jurisdiction where gambling is permitted by law;
- not be an employee of the operator, its affiliated companies or its software suppliers;
- have full legal capacity;
- not be subject to an active self-exclusion on other gaming platforms.
The operator applies age verification procedures and reserves the right to refuse service without giving reasons.
3. Registration Procedure
An account is created by completing the registration form on the website. The user must provide accurate information, including:
- full name as shown in official documents;
- date of birth;
- current residential address;
- a valid mobile phone number;
- an email address for communication.
The platform operates on a one-account-per-person basis. Opening multiple accounts by one person or a group of related persons is strictly prohibited. Breach of this rule results in all identified profiles being blocked, with possible confiscation of funds.
4. Verification Procedure
Identity verification is a mandatory condition for withdrawals and may be initiated by the operator at any stage of the relationship. The standard set of documents includes:
- a scanned copy of a national passport or ID card bearing a photograph;
- a document confirming the residential address (utility bill, bank statement) issued no more than 90 days ago;
- a photograph of the payment card with the first and last four digits visible;
- a selfie holding the document, upon separate request.
Documents are reviewed within up to 72 hours. Submitting forged documents or refusing verification constitutes grounds for blocking the account.
5. Financial Transactions
5.1. Deposits
Funds are deposited via the payment systems listed on the website. The minimum deposit amount, limits and fees are set individually for each method. Funds are credited to the gaming balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider.
5.2. Withdrawals
A withdrawal request is submitted in the personal account, provided that verification has been successfully completed. Payouts are made to the details used for the deposit. Requests are processed within 72 hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals take 15–30 minutes after network confirmation.
The operator applies the following withdrawal restrictions:
- daily limit, depending on the account level;
- weekly limit, depending on the account level;
- monthly limit, depending on the account level;
- maximum single payout, in accordance with the payment system's tariffs.
Large winnings may be paid out in instalments according to an agreed schedule.
6. Sports Betting
The operator accepts bets on sporting and other events offered in the line. Odds are set by the analytics department and may change until the bet is confirmed by the server.
Available bet types:
- single: a bet on one outcome of one event;
- accumulator: a combination of 2 to 20 outcomes from different events;
- system: a set of accumulators of a specified size;
- live bets: wagers on events in real time.
Bets are settled on the basis of official results published by competition organisers or accredited news agencies.
7. Bet Cancellation Conditions
The operator returns the stake to the user's balance in the following cases:
- the event has been officially cancelled and will not take place;
- the event has been postponed by more than 48 hours;
- the result of the event has been declared void by the organisers;
- a technical error in the odds or bet parameters has been recorded;
- a pre-match bet was accepted after the event had actually started.
The operator reserves the right to void bets where there are grounds to suspect match-fixing or the use of insider information.
8. Casino Games
The casino section offers gaming products from licensed providers: slots, table games, video poker and live dealer games. All games run on a certified random number generator.
The user must read the rules and paytable before starting to play. The theoretical return to player (RTP) is stated in the information section of each game.
If a technical failure occurs before the outcome of a round is determined, the stake is returned to the balance. A result recorded by the server before the failure remains valid.
9. Bonus Programme
The operator offers bonuses and runs promotions under the terms published separately for each offer. Before activating a bonus, the user must review:
- the wagering requirements;
- the list of games that count towards wagering;
- the maximum bet restrictions;
- the validity period of the bonus offer;
- the maximum amount that can be won from the bonus.
Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting and the use of risk-free strategies, is a breach of these Terms and results in cancellation of the bonus and any related winnings.
10. Prohibited Activities
When using the platform, it is strictly prohibited to:
- use software to automate betting or gameplay;
- exploit technical errors and system vulnerabilities;
- use insider information to place bets;
- take part in collusion aimed at influencing the results of events;
- carry out transactions bearing signs of money laundering;
- transfer the account to third parties.
Detected violations constitute grounds for blocking the account, voiding bets and confiscating funds. Where there are signs of a criminal offence, the relevant materials are passed to law enforcement authorities.
11. Limitation of Liability
The operator is not liable for any financial losses incurred by the user as a result of taking part in games and betting. The user acknowledges the risky nature of gambling and accepts the possibility of losing the funds deposited.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not responsible for technical failures caused by factors beyond its control.
The user is responsible for meeting any tax obligations arising from winnings.
12. Termination of Use
The user may close the account by contacting customer support. The remaining balance is withdrawn to verified payment details, provided there are no outstanding bonus obligations or open bets.
The operator may block or close an account for breach of these Terms, on suspicion of fraud or at the request of competent authorities.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, if no agreement can be reached, in court at the operator's place of registration.
